Bulk Brandy

Grape Brandy is a spirit produced from min. 50% wine distilled at less than 86% vol. with or without the addition of wine alcohol distilled at less than 94.8% vol.
The spirit matures for at least one year in oak casks or for at least six months in oak casks with a capacity of less than 1,000 litres.

We typically supply bulk brandy aged for 6 months, 12 months, 3 years and 5 years or classified as VSOP and XO. Alternatively, we also supply unaged eau-de-vie de vin (wine distillate) as well as wine alcohol.
