From Spain, we supply bulk Brandy de Jerez aged from 6 months to 5 years. Brandy de Jerez must be supplied at 40% vol. according to the stipulations of the Consejo Regulador, the entity responsible for ensuring compliance with the Regulations of the Specific Denomination "Brandy de Jerez".
Brandy de Jerez differs from other brandies as it possesses certain specific, unique organoleptic characteristics as a consequence of its traditional production system and the characteristics of the wooden casks in which it is aged and, naturally, of the characteristic climatic conditions exclusive to the geographical area in which it is produced:
Aged in American oak-wood casks with a capacity of 500 litres, previously having contained Sherry Wine.
Aged exclusively within the municipal boundaries of Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in the province of Cadiz.
